WPPA SERVICE DEGREE PROGRAM

&

FELLOWSHIP DEGREE PROGRAM

In April 2016, the WPPA Board of Directors adopted a new combined point system for the two WPPA degree programs—- the WPPA Service Degree and the WPPA Fellowship Degree. The intent of the two programs is to encourage more participation among ALL members, rewarding them for their achievements plus their service to the association. The degree programs offer all WPPA members an opportunity to achieve one no matter what level of proficiency or involvement.Degree holders will be recognized by the appropriate custom metals which may be worn at all WPPA, Western States District or PPA events.

SERVICE DEGREE PROGRAM

The WPPA Service Degree was created to give recognition to those who selflessly serve the WPPA. Any WPPA member that has earned a total of 25 Service or Executive Service points only can be used to earn a WPPA Service Degree.

Diamond Bars--- For every 25 additional points earned, the recipient may add a Diamond Bar to the Ribbon of the Service Award.

FELLOWSHIP DEGREE PROGRAM

The WPPA Fellowship Degree was created to recognize Wyoming photographers who excel nationally and serve the state association. Any WPPA member that has earned a total of 100 Fellowship Points, which MUST also include the following within the 100 points:

--- Twenty (20) Photographic Fellowship Points

--- Ten (10) Educational Photographic Fellowship Points

--- Four (4) Executive Service Fellowship Points

Diamond Bar Fellowship Awards--- For every 25 additional points earned, the recipient may add a Diamond Bar to the Ribbon of the Fellowship Medallion.
